Campfire Eclairs

This recipe came from Wendy's Aunt Vivian when Wendy was a child.
It made such a hit Wendy remembered it through the years to share here.

These are tasty and a big hit with everyone who has tried them. They can be a bit messy, so keep napkins nearby. This can also be cooked over a grill or in your oven at home.

To make Campfire Eclairs, you will need the following:

1 can of ready made biscuit dough

1 pkg vanilla pudding cups (tastes best when this is cold)

1 container of chocolate cake frosting

dowels rods or sticks (with bark stripped) with a diameter of 3/4" to 1" for each person (The larger the hole is, the easier it will be to make these.)

Take the biscuits and mold them around the end of one of the dowels to make a "tube." Bake over the fire until golden on the outside and cooked through. Slide off carefully. Fill them by spoon or pastry bag with the vanilla pudding & top with the cake frosting using a knife. Other flavors can be used. Enjoy!
